Daniel Brawn
Experience & Activities
Daniel is the Senior Counsel of QaF Legal with over 39 years of extensive experience as a Counsel, International Arbitrator, and Educator (former) in England and across the Middle East.
Apart from being a counsel and representing clients in adjudication disputes, Daniel is well-versed in drafting and negotiating contracts, risk management, establishing projects, advising banks on security documentation, and providing contractual and commercial advice for construction and engineering projects.
Before joining QaF Legal, Daniel worked as a Senior Counsel and Associate with well-known and established law firms in UAE and Manchester, specializing in the construction industry, real estate, infrastructure projects, and international arbitration.
Daniel is also an Active member of the Free Representation Unit, accredited in Social Security Appeal Tribunals and Industrial Tribunals, a Founding member, Director, and Trustee of Emmaus Liverpool (a charitable institution), and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
