Mohieeldin Elbana is the Founder and CEO of QaF Legal with more than seventeen (17) years of
extensive legal experience in the MENA region, with hands-on experience in three different
countries namely, Egypt, Libya & U.A.E.
Mohieeldin uses his broad knowledge in local laws and practical experience in conducting
litigation and arbitration cases in favor of his clients. He led disputes related to key projects in
the UAE.
Apart from dispute resolution, Mohieeldin is experienced in drafting and reviewing complex
contracts, sophisticated commercial and corporate agreements, and business-related
transactions. Mohieeldin advised diverse clients (including national and international
corporations) on legal issues in different jurisdictions.
Before QaF Legal, Mohieeldin worked as a legal practitioner with top law firms in the UAE and
as In-house Regional Legal Counsel for major international corporations (including a Big Four
Company). With both sides of the coin (inhouse and private practice), Mohieeldin gained
extensive business oriented legal experience and deep knowledge in various areas of practice,
all of which empowers him to deliver high quality service and premium legal support to clients
in the MENA.
Mohieeldin is a member of the Executive Committee of the CIArb UAE since 2016 and an active
contributor to the CIArb UAE Branch quarterly newsletter, the development of trainings and
collaborations in the UAE.
