Meera Vasanth is a senior legal consultant of QaF Legal with more than 25 years of extensive
legal experience in corporate and commercial-related transactions including, but not limited to,
Commercial Contracts, and Real Estate.
Meera’s legal expertise is on a different level. She successfully negotiated and dealt with
multimillion-dollar transactions, setting up new companies in Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Qatar, Egypt, and Oman. She helped in the acquire and management of offshore companies
board meetings, resolutions, and corporate licenses and records.
Apart from negotiating business-related transactions, Meera is also an expert in advising clients
on matters related to project finance, acquisition and corporate restructuring, logistics and
supply chain contracts, joint ventures, IT related hardware and software contracts, Construction
Contracts, and Commercial Agency Laws (including distributorship and franchise
arrangements). She masters reviewing, drafting and amending all commercial-related
transactions including, but not limited to, hire purchase, finance leasing and loan documents.
Before joining QaF Legal, Meera worked as an External Legal Consultant and as a Group Legal
Advisor to a USD 100 Million International group with 15 onshore operating companies in
different jurisdictions including in the Middle East, United States of America, Europe, South
Africa, Russia and India.
Meera is a member of Bar Association of Karnataka, India.
