Osama Fathy is a sophisticated Corporate Lawyer. Osama acts as the Managing Partner of QaF
Legal associated firm in Egypt.
During his career, Osama has successfully settled many disputes, given effective legal advices,
set risk mitigation plans and/or supported on sophisticated transactions for the benefit of
and/or on behalf of his clients in various jurisdictions.
Osama has more than 18 years of extensive legal experience in Egypt. He is a member of the
Egyptian Bar Association, Egyptian Society of International Law and Arab Lawyers Union.
